Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee, except in the case of a genuine medical emergency.
 

Health & Safety Precautions:
For the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, we ask that you refrain from attending your appointment if you, or anyone you have recently had close contact with, has tested positive for Covid-19 or any other contagious respiratory illness. Please prioritize your health and the health of others by rescheduling your appointment prior to the 24 hours' notice, if applicable.
